ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our New England clinics. You will greet patients, register new and existing patients, collect payments, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure timely care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and complete patient registration.
• Handle insurance and billing inquiries with clear information.
• Manage front desk tasks and scheduling across multiple software systems.
• Assist in collecting payments and co-pays per clinic policies.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to maintain smooth patient flow and provider schedules.
• Support registration, reservations (online and walk-in), and referrals as needed.
• Answer phone calls professionally and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Familiarize with CMD services and software used for reservations and EMR.
