ConvenientMD LLC is hiring a Medical Receptionist to be the first face patients see in our Maine clinics. You will greet patients, complete registrations, update records, collect payments, and help ensure timely service with or without reservations.

The role offers shifts including 12-hour periods and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and travel to nearby ConvenientMD locations within 1 hour. Prior front desk or medical office experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the front desk and assist with check-in.
• Register patients and complete all required forms accurately.
• Handle insurance and billing inquiries and provide clear information.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and referrals.
