ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact in one of our Maine clinics. You will greet patients, register them, update records, and help ensure timely visits. You will handle payments, insurance questions, and coordinate with the clinical team to keep patient flow smooth.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems is expected. This role requires flexibility for 12-hour shifts, weekend availability, and travel between nearby ConvenientMD

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator with professional directness.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused with confidentiality and HIPAA awareness.
• Technically savvy with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors, complete registrations, and update records.
• Collect payments, answer billing questions, and manage insurance inquiries.
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure timely patient flow and scheduling.
• Answer phones, maintain reception area, and perform administrative duties.
• Navigate EMR and scheduling software for reservations and referrals.
