Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
• Answer incoming calls and assist scheduling and questions
• Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
• Check patients in/out; maintain accurate records
• Communicate appointment reminders and pre-procedure instructions
• Maintain an organized front office
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to keep day smooth
