Job summary

Puget Sound Pain Clinic in the Seattle–Tacoma region seeks a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face for patients at Tukwila and Covington. You will manage check-in/check-out, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and verify insurance details.

This role supports two clinics with a Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule, no evenings or weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, with opportunities to grow in a leading regional clinic.

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while taking accurate messages.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and workspace.
• Assist with scanning, filing, and general office support tasks.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Float between Tukwila and Covington clinics as needed to support both locations.

Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour (DOE)
