Puget Sound Pain Clinic in Puyallup, WA is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the first smile our patients see. You’ll help create a warm, efficient front office experience in a fast-paced medical setting.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, verifying insurance, and maintaining accurate records while protecting privacy under HIPAA. Competitive pay $20–$24/hour DOE, four-day workweek, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior medical reception or healthcare office experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
• Comfortable with EMR systems and standard computer apps.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
