About Our Client:

Our client is a cardiology practice located in Naperville. The office shares space with another cardiology group and is supported by an experienced office manager. They are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

Job Description:

The Front Desk Representative will work full-time onsite, providing front-line support to patients and visitors. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing phone calls, and completing administrative tasks. The role may also involve assisting with surgery scheduling and other duties as needed by the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and provide excellent customer service in a professional medical office setting
  • Manage front desk coverage from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route as appropriate
  • Perform general administrative duties and support tasks
  • Assist with surgery scheduling and other clerical responsibilities as assigned
  • Ensure clear communication and direction for patients who may enter from the shared space

Qualifications:

  • Customer service or patient-facing experience in a healthcare or professional setting
  • Prior experience in a medical office preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, phone systems, and learning new processes
  • Job stability and recent professional references
  • Presentable and polished demeanor; must be reliable and punctual
  • Schedule: Full-time onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Transportation: Must have access to a car
  • Dress Code: Business Casual
  • Background Check & Drug Screen: Required
