Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Medical Reception Supervisor to oversee Medical Records and Medical Reception staff, aligning operations with practice leadership. You’ll drive efficient patient flow, customer and staff satisfaction, and productivity to meet goals.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating scheduling and attendance, communicating with leadership, and assisting with budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent with coursework in supervision.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Management or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical office; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of medical records and medical reception.
• Coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance; fill in as receptionist when needed.
• Communicate with leadership and staff to ensure compliant, efficient operations.
• Assist in development and oversight of the office budget.
