Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent with coursework or seminars in management and supervision.
• Prefer Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical office with reception duties.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Medical Records and Medical Reception to ensure efficient, customer-responsive procedures.
• Ensure efficient scheduling and manage timekeeping and attendance; fill in as receptionist when needed.
• Communicate with office leadership, providers, triage and staff on daily operations and protocols.
• Manage clerical audits and assist in budget development and oversights.
• Contribute to ensuring compliance with federal regulations and operational goals.
