Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Medical Reception Supervisor to oversee the medical records and reception teams. This role ensures efficient patient workflow, high customer and staff satisfaction, and achievement of operational goals in collaboration with office leadership and the Practice Manager.

The position requires 3+ years in a medical office, supervisory experience preferred, and a high school diploma with management coursework or an advanced degree in healthcare

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; coursework in management beneficial.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Management, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a medical office is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of medical records and medical reception areas.
• Ensure efficient scheduling and coordinate timekeeping and time-off requests.
• Communicate with office leadership, providers, triage and staff on issues impacting operations; develop protocols as needed.
• Manage clerical audits, internal and external.
• Assist in development and oversight of the office budget.
