Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5-7 years of supervisory experience.
• 5-7 years of healthcare environment experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative performance and staff schedules.
• Evaluate staffing needs and coordinate replacements.
• Hire, orient, and evaluate staff; administer corrective action.
• Coach staff and ensure mandatory training and HIPAA compliance.
• Develop and implement administrative systems to maximize operations.
