Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative and operational activities to support clinical departments.
  • Cover and support sites' operations when Practice Manager vacancies occur.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and patient care.
  • Serve as liaison between clinical staff, administrative teams, and leadership to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
  • Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics to support departmental needs at various site locations.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure adherence to procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to leadership when necessary.
  • Support special projects as assigned across sites, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to implement new initiatives and support organizational goals.

Job Summary

Provides general administrative and operation support to the Practice Manager. Performs a variety of tasks specifically aimed toward the organizational mission which include but not limited to: general administrative support, project coordination, monthly metrics reports, approving payroll, report generation, training new hires, and process implementation. Also steps in to be Acting Manager in the event a Practice Manager is out for an extended period of time.

Essential Functions

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience operating in an administrative capacity and/or work involving administrative project coordination. Strong organizational skills a must. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Excellent communication skills (verbal/written), ability to work with a team and independently. Healthcare background preferred.
