Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for clinical staff.
• Assess and maintain staff competencies to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with department leadership to implement new workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and support workflow and system improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.
• Assist in developing and monitoring departmental operating and capital budgets.
• Allocate and redeploy staff to support patient volume and continuity of care.
• Promote a positive patient experience by ensuring resources meet diverse patient needs.
• Address patient questions and service recovery in a timely manner.
• Monitor operational and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative partners to support goals.
