Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical office setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
• Promptly answer a high volume of phone calls and schedule patient appointments.
• Provide check-in process for patients and verify/update demographic information.
• Maintain provider schedules and keep the lobby orderly.
• Prepare documents for providers and assist with related tasks.
