Christie Clinic’s Urology department is seeking a full-time Receptionist for the Fields clinic in Champaign, IL. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with no nights or weekends required.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, checking in, handling phone calls, scheduling, and supporting the checkout/rescheduling process while liaising between patients and medical staff. High school diploma required; medical office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Assist with check-in and verify demographic information.
• Answer high volume phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Assist with checkout or rescheduling processes.
• Serve as liaison between patient and medical support staff.
