Job summary

Christie Clinic's Internal Medicine department in Champaign seeks a full-time Receptionist for the Windsor Clinic. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with no evenings or weekends. Duties include greeting patients, handling check-in/out, answering calls, scheduling, and liaising with medical staff.

Experience in a medical office is preferred. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401k and more as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer high-volume phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Maintain provider schedules and tidy lobby areas.
• Process forms and paperwork for patients (FMLA, disability, etc.).
• Assist with check-in/check-out and relay messages to nurses.
