Christie Clinic seeks a full-time Scheduler/Receptionist at the Windsor clinic in Champaign, IL 61822. Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, with no night or weekend requirements. You will greet patients, schedule tests and appointments, and coordinate between Internal Medicine and other Christie Clinic departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Schedule tests, labs, and appointments; place orders.
• Act as liaison between Internal Medicine and Christie Clinic departments to refer patients to providers.
• Maintain provider schedules and update demographic and insurance information.
• Accurately document conversations in the EMR and route appropriately.
• Attend and participate in monthly department meetings.
• Schedule for incoming Nephrology referrals.
• Handle a high volume of phone calls and schedule patient appointments.
