Job summary

Christie Clinic's Windsor clinic in Champaign is seeking a full-time Scheduler/Receptionist. Schedule Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm with no nights or weekends, greet patients, and coordinate tests. Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff to ensure smooth care transitions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedule and place appointments and tests after visits with providers.
• Serve as liaison between patients and medical support staff across departments.
• Enter and verify patient information in the EMR; document conversations and requests.
• Update demographic and insurance information; maintain accurate records.
• Contact patients if an appointment must be cancelled and manage provider schedules.
• Maintain an organized workspace and assist with related tasks as needed.
