Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with courtesy and resolve routine issues.
• Manage front desk check-in/check-out and collect copayments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and ensure referrals are obtained.
• Enter patient demographics into EMR and assist with data uploads.
• Coordinate scheduling, cancellations, and resolve registration errors in EMR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support the care team.
• Handle daily mail and prepare reports as needed.
