• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk; check-in/check-out; verify demographics and insurance details.
• Collect copayments; verify eligibility; ensure referrals for specialties.
• Enter patient information into EMR; assist with data entry tasks.
• Coordinate communications via EMR, phone, and email; escalate as needed.
• Reconcile payments and maintain daily deposits; uphold confidentiality.
• Support scheduling, renewals, and patient flow across locations.
