Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain patient charts and filing system.
• Answer calls, triage and direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments and enter data in the scheduler.
• Conduct reminder calls to patients and greet visitors.
• Register patients and update records in the system.
• Coordinate referrals with insurers or specialists.
• Prepare bills and process patient payments; reconcile daily cash.
• Identify process improvements and maintain quality accuracy.
• Demonstrate professional behavior and strong customer service.
