Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or related field.
• Current CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness and inventory.
• Maintain safety and sanitary requirements.
• Assist with setup of treatment rooms and safety of the clinic.
• Answer phones and relay messages.
• Schedule and remind patients for services.
• Perform insurance verification.
• Meet patients on first visit to complete paperwork.
• Collect patient payments (co-pay, co-insurance, deductible).
• Process credit card payments.
• Enter procedure codes into EMR accurately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per company guidelines.
• Conduct end-of-day procedures as per manual.
• Perform other office support duties as needed.
