Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of previous experience in a medical office or similar setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word; strong data-entry skills with EMR.
• Ability to communicate professionally with diverse people and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Schedule and remind patients for services; book appointments.
• Verify insurance information for patient visits.
• Collect co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles.
• Process credit card payments; ensure correct procedure codes in EMR.
• End-of-day procedures and routine office tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.
• Assist with set-up of treatment rooms and supervision as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per company guidelines.
