Qualifications

• Experience or education in performing clinical laboratory tests and reporting results.

• Ability to document results and communicate findings to clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, urinalysis, serology, immunology, and blood banking.
• Evaluate test results, troubleshoot and repeat procedures as needed.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments; prepare reagents and culture media.
• Collect and process specimens, ensure specimen acceptability, and accession in LIS.
• Validate and document results; support quality assurance and accreditation activities in compliance with CAP/CLIA.
