Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Patient Service Specialist for our outpatient physical therapy center in Philadelphia. You will greet, register and assist patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and coordinate with insurers and other partners to ensure smooth visits.

Full-time role with Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and 2–3 evenings per week. Compensation $19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience, with full benefits including PTO, health plans, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit and upcoming appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate communications with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance verifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
