Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our outpatient center in Houtzdale, PA. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and schedule visits, coordinating with clinics and insurers to ensure a smooth care experience.

This full-time role (Mon-Fri, some evenings) offers mentorship, generous PTO, and comprehensive health plans. A high school diploma or GED and insurance verification experience are required; front desk and healthcare experience are preferred.

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: 808 Hannah Street Houtzdale PA 16651

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/3 evenings a week)

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.50/hour (pending experience)

• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Insurance Verification Experience

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
