Job summary

Talentify in Broomall, PA is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, register them, and guide them from check-in to checkout. You will manage front desk duties and support the center's day-to-day operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling by phone and in person, and handling co-pays and insurance verifications. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings and compensation of $19–$22/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and their next appointment as they check out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain regular communication with attorneys' offices, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: Broomall, PA

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary) (2 evenings till 7pm per week)

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00/hour (pending experience)
