Job summary

Select Medical in Malvern is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for a full-time position at 30 Liberty Blvd, Malvern, PA. The role involves greeting patients, scheduling, billing, and coordinating with payers and external partners to ensure smooth visits.

Hours are Monday–Friday with some evenings until 7pm; compensation is $18.00–$20.00/hour, depending on experience. A positive patient experience at the front desk begins your day and supports the center’s operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 1 year Front Desk experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of Medical Office Experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate communications with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/ some evenings until 7pm)
