Select Medical in Palmer, MA is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to welcome patients at the front desk and manage scheduling, registration, and check-out processes. You’ll handle patient inquiries, coordinate appointments in person and by phone, and assist with payments and basic insurance verifications.

The role is PRN/as-needed, with weekday shifts including Tuesdays and Fridays across clinics, and a pay range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Overview

Position:Patient Service Specialist

Location: 1415 Main Street, Palmer MA 01069

Type of Employment:PRN, as needed

Schedule: Weekdays, Tuesday in the Westfield Clinic, Friday in the Palmer Clinic

Compensation:$18.00 - $20.00/hour

As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center.
