Job summary

Select Medical in Raynham, MA is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to welcome patients at the front desk, register them, and coordinate visits for a seamless experience.

This PRN role covers Weekdays with some evenings; you will handle scheduling, co-pays, insurance authorizations, and communications with attorneys, insurers, and translation services to support center operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 1 year front desk experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Position:Patient Service Specialist

Location: 675 Paramount Drive Raynham MA 02767

Type of Employment:PRN, as needed

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday, some evenings until 5:30pm or 7pm

Compensation:$19.00 - $21.00/hour

When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy centers, we want them to have an exceptional experience – starting at the front desk. That’s where you come in. As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center. Don’t underestimate the impact you can make on every patient’s care experience, even before they leave the waiting room.
