Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist at our Malvern, PA outpatient center. You will greet patients, register them, inform them about visit flow, schedule appointments, and handle front desk operations to support smooth patient experiences.

The role requires a High School diploma with preferred 1 year of front desk and medical office experience. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, full-time, with benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• 1 year medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and inform them about visit flow and next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys' offices, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.

Location: 30 Liberty Blvd, Suite 140, Malvern, PA 19355

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/ some evenings until 7pm)

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (pending experience)

• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience
