Job summary

Talentify in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, register them, and guide them through check-in and check-out. The role focuses on a smooth patient experience at the front desk within our outpatient center.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (three evenings per week), compensation of $17.00–$19.00 per hour depending on experience, and benefits including PTO, medical coverage, and a company‑matched 401(k) and life/disability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Front desk experience or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance verifications.

• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications
