Rush University Medical Center in Horsham, PA is hiring a Patient Service Specialist to manage front desk tasks and patient flow at the outpatient PT center. You will greet patients, register them, answer questions about visits, and coordinate appointments with the care team.

The role requires at least 1 year of front desk or healthcare experience, strong communication with patients and insurers, and a commitment to accurate co-pay collection and verification processes.

Overview

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: 721 Dresher Rd Bldg #2 Suite 2100 Horsham, PA 19044

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/some evenings until 7pm)

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00/hour (pending experience)

As a patient service specialist, you'll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center. Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience

Preferred:

• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience
• Insurance Verification Experience
