Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist - Float in Bedford, IN. This full-time front-desk role involves greeting patients, scheduling visits, and assisting with billing and insurance tasks at the outpatient physical therapy center.

You'll work weekdays, Monday through Friday, with mentorship, PTO, and benefits including medical, vision, and dental plans, plus a 401(k) retirement option. Prior front desk or healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Front desk experience is preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and upcoming appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams as needed.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as attorney offices, insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• 1 Year Front Desk experience
• Healthcare experience
