This role requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, and preferred bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Training and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience navigating EMR and Outlook.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients/guests at check-in.
• Respond to inquiries and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Verify insurance benefits and co-payments.
• Process check-in and check-out procedures.
• Enter patient information into EMR accurately.
