• Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information.
• Provide intake/new patient forms and office policies.
• Process payments for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Schedule appointments for new and returning patients.
• Maintain hard copy and EMR records.
• Audit schedule for insurance eligibility and accuracy.
