United Vein Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist (Patient Services Coordinator) in New Jersey to greet patients, collect insurance information, provide intake forms, process payments, and schedule appointments. The role supports a patient-first environment in a growing vein care network.

Travel to other markets for up to two weeks may be required as we launch the NJ market. Excellent communication, organization, and HIPAA compliance are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical assisting or administration.
• Familiarity with ECW is a plus.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information.
• Provide intake and new patient forms and copies of office policies.
• Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients per guidelines.
• Maintain hard copy patient records and EMR files.
• Audit schedule to ensure patient insurance eligibility.
• Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
• Uphold UVVC Core Values and conduct standards as per Employee Handbook.
• Maintain PHI confidentiality per HIPAA and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
