Based in Pembroke, MA with occasional coverage in Quincy and Weymouth, the position requires a High School degree and 2–3 years of medical front desk experience; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2–3 years in a medical or health care front desk setting.
• Experience with insurance verifications and patient billing.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

• Greet and register patients promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances at check-in and check-out.
• Schedule patient and diagnostic appointments for multiple physicians.
• Follow up on appointments to minimize no-shows and maximize productivity.
• Address patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
