Qualifications

• Customer-focused frontline experience preferred.
• Ability to verify insurance information.
• Experience in medical or office environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Check in patients and verify registration and insurance data.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones and route messages.
• Collect payments and support billing processes.
• Assist with patient communications and paperwork.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient experience.
