Five Star Home Health Care LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking a full-time receptionist with strong administrative skills and basic clinical knowledge. This is an in-person, M-F 9-5 role at our Chantilly headquarters, with benefits, and no remote option.

As the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, clinicians and offices, you will handle calls, medical terminology, home health workflows, and ensure messages reach the right team promptly.

Qualifikationen

• Previous home health experience required.
• Working knowledge of basic medical terminology.
• Familiarity with home health operations and clinical communications.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Aufgaben

• Answer and manage incoming calls/chats from patients, caregivers, clinicians, physician offices, and healthcare partners.
• Route calls appropriately and escalate when needed.
• Communicate using basic medical terminology and home health language.
• Support day-to-day office and clinical operations in the home health setting.
• Handle administrative tasks, documents, mail and files; maintain organized records.
• Provide responsive, professional service to patients, families, employees and healthcare partners.
