Tews Company in the United States is seeking a Patient Care Representative to join our growing healthcare team. You will work closely with patients, caregivers, and referral sources to ensure smooth care coordination and timely communications.

Responsibilities include handling patient intake, verifying Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance, coordinating equipment and services, preparing CMNs and invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year related experience preferred.
• Experience in home health care, medical billing, patient intake, or insurance verification is a plus.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Home healthcare, medical billing, patient intake, or insurance verification experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required.

A Few Things to Know

• May include on-call coverage and occasional home deliveries.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
