Tews Company in Charles City, IA is hiring a Healthcare CSR to support patients and caregivers with equipment setup and education. You’ll deliver, set up, and troubleshoot medical devices in patients’ homes, while ensuring privacy and safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. Healthcare knowledge is a plus, and you will be part of a team providing compassionate, reliable service with potential bonus opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and caregivers.
• Answer questions, process paperwork, and assist with intake and data entry.
• Deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the safe and proper use of equipment.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and properly secure equipment during transport.
• Work closely with the team to ensure patients receive the equipment and support they need.
• Protect patient privacy and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Use email, Microsoft Office, phones, computers/tablets, and other standard office equipment.
• Lift and transport equipment weighing up to 65+ pounds and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

What We’re Looking For
