Job summary

Tews Company in Springdale, AR is seeking a Patient Care Representative to join our growing healthcare team. You will serve as the main point of contact for patients, caregivers, and referral sources, while handling patient intake and insurance verification to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating documentation for medical equipment and respiratory services, preparing CMNs and invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, patient intake, or insurance verification is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and computer systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
