Job summary

Tews Company in Iowa is seeking a Healthcare CSR to join our team. You will provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and caregivers while supporting intake paperwork and data entry.

Responsibilities include delivering and setting up medical equipment at patients' homes, educating on safe use, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring privacy and secure transport. A clean driving record and ability to lift up to 65 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and dependable.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Healthcare, medical equipment, or terminology experience is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined and quick to learn how medical equipment works.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and properly secure equipment during transport.
• Work closely with the team to ensure patients receive the equipment and support they need.
• Protect patient privacy and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Use email, Microsoft Office, phones, computers/tablets, and other standard office equipment.
• Lift and transport equipment weighing up to 65+ pounds and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

What You'll Do
