Quipt Home Medical, Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a direct point of contact for patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts.

You will handle inquiries, verify insurance, process orders, and address shipments and delivery questions with professionalism. You will interact with customers to provide information, resolve complaints, and ensure accurate data entry and documentation.

Qualificações

• Experience in clerical or customer service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to handle inquiries, orders and complaints accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inquiries from patients, caregivers, referrals, or accounts via phone, in person, or online.
• Verify insurance and eligibility, process orders, and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Provide information on products/services and resolve complaints in a courteous manner.
• Enter orders and changes into the system promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate delivery/pickup times with patients and caregivers.
