Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and referrals. You will process orders, verify insurance, and coordinate deliveries with clinicians in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, handling inquiries, and maintaining patient files while delivering courteous, professional service. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing, multiple phone lines).
• Strong communication skills with ability to make independent decisions.
• Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as direct point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and commercial accounts.
• Provide information and resolve inquiries about products or services.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely according to procedures.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate third-party billing when appropriate.
• Enter orders into computer systems and manage documentation.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and communicating with Clinical Specialists.
