Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, referrals and commercial accounts. You will handle inquiries, verify insurance when needed, process orders, and ensure timely, accurate delivery and documentation.

The role emphasizes professional communication, problem solving, and coordination with clinical staff to support shipments, returns, and billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts.
• Verify insurance and eligibility; assist with authorizations when needed.
• Process orders accurately and promptly; document all actions and communications.
• Coordinate delivery or pickup times with patients or caregivers and relay information to clinical staff.
• Handle complaints professionally and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies.
