Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in educational activities.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing large national meetings.
• Experience delivering online and in-person educational activities.
• Familiarity with accreditation requirements (ACCME/ANCC).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with product or grant manager to intake activity requirements and provide status updates.
• Lead staff and vendors implementing educational activities using project management strategies.
• Develop and manage activity timelines with milestones.
• Schedule and facilitate internal meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate with multiple internal divisions to ensure successful activity implementation.
• Develop learning objectives, outcomes, and activity agendas.
• Manage faculty invitations and documentation as liaison.
• Coordinate content, permissions, graphics, and references for activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support participation goals.
• Monitor financial status and advise on revenue/expenses.
• Provide onsite leadership for faculty and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation policies and procedures.
