Job summary

Prime Education, a property of Everyday Health Group, is seeking a Program Manager to lead planning and execution of continuing medical education and research programs. You will coordinate grants, manage timelines, secure expert speakers, and oversee onsite and virtual meetings, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.

The role requires collaboration with leadership, staff, and vendors, plus strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent certification/experience.
• 3+ years in staff management or project management.
• Healthcare or medical education experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for site visits and meetings; occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct program launch meetings for newly awarded grants.
• Develop and disseminate tasks and timelines for new programs, utilizing company’s project management tools.
• Monitor programs to ensure deliverables are timely and high quality.
• Schedule periodic meetings with program stakeholders to ensure on-time releases; implement risk-management strategies.
• Provide program management guidance to leadership and staff as needed.
• Facilitate onsite meeting planning including site selection, vendor negotiation, event registration, and travel logistics.
• Research, procure, and manage expert speakers.
• Review and reconcile spec sheets, facility resumes/BAE, AV and vendor proposals.
• Coordinate printing, collating, and shipping of program materials.
• Serve as meeting facilitator for virtual meetings.
• Provide post-program moderator and reporting on venue, speaker interactions, and audience questions.
• Manage multiple meetings and tasks with minimal supervision.
