Job summary

Drug Information Association Inc invites applications for a Manager, Learning & Continuing Education to ensure compliance with ACPE, IACET, ACCME, PMI, and ANCC standards, and to oversee certificate programs.

You will lead accreditation applications, coordinate CME/nursing credits, and manage education activities, ensuring measurable outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in continuing education programs in pharmaceutical/healthcare-related field.
• Mastery of ACPE and IACET guidelines; working knowledge of ACCME and PMI guidelines.
• Knowledge of ANSI guidelines for certificate programs; adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, document, and ensure all educational events comply with ACPE, IACET, and PMI guidelines.
• Determine credit for each event; assign appropriate certificate program units per event.
• Collaborate with accreditation partners to offer CME and nursing credits for education activities.
• Establish agreements with accreditation partners, review and process invoices; manage CE policies.
